⏱️ Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 12–48 hours, depending on the item, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
- Once your order has shipped or is ready for collection, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
🐾 Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before official launch and are accepted by batch, arriving alongside our monthly stock shipments (typically the first week of each month).
- Estimated arrival: approximately 20 business days (may vary slightly due to customs or supplier processing).
- You’ll be notified once your pre-ordered items are ready for delivery or collection, based on your preference.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once the pre-order arrives — unless otherwise arranged.
📦 Lost, Damaged & Undeliverable Packages
- Woofify Me is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned as undeliverable:
– Regional or international orders: reshipping costs may apply (if applicable).
– Local orders: we’ll attempt to re-deliver at least once free of charge. If unsuccessful, collection will be required from a local pick-up spot. - Damaged or missing items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations
- Regular online orders: may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
- Pre-orders: may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the deposit. After 7 days, deposits are non-refundable.
- Once an order has shipped or been fulfilled, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
