We’re excited to bring your favourite Woofify finds straight to your doorstep — or have them ready for collection at one of our designated pick-up locations across Barbados. We currently deliver locally, ship across the Caribbean, and offer DHL Express shipping to the USA.
🇧🇧 Island-Wide Delivery (Barbados)
We offer reliable island-wide delivery from $15.00 BBD, handled by one of the best couriers on the island. Online orders over $180.00 BBD will automatically be gifted FREE delivery at check-out.
• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after processing
• Special delivery offers may be available from time to time 👀

Prefer to collect your order in person? Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days at the following official pick-up points:

⏱️ Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, depending on the item, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Once your order has shipped or is ready for collection, you’ll receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
🐾 Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before official launch. These are accepted by batch and typically arrive with our monthly stock shipments (usually the first week of each month).
• Estimated arrival: approximately 20 business days or the timeframe shown at checkout
• Timelines may vary slightly due to customs or supplier processing
• You’ll be notified once your items are ready for delivery or collection
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once the pre-order arrives, unless otherwise arranged.
🌴 Caribbean Shipping
We ship across the Caribbean, including Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Trinidad, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, and more.
• Orders $0 – $300 BBD (≈ $0 – $150 USD)
$25 BBD / $17.50 USD flat rate
• Orders $300.01 BBD and up (≈ $150 USD+)
$60 BBD / $30.00 USD flat rate
• Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
• Tracking provided where available
Customs duties and import fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
We are actively working on securing lower regional shipping rates.
🇺🇸 United States Shipping
We offer shipping to the USA via DHL Express.
DHL Express Shipping (USA):
• Shipping rate: from $70 BBD / $35 USD
• Minimum order requirement: $200 BBD / $100 USD
• Duties and import taxes: paid by Woofify
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
• Tracking provided on all DHL Express shipments
Orders below the minimum order requirement will not qualify for DHL Express shipping at checkout.
📦 Lost, Damaged & Undeliverable Packages
Woofify Me is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned as undeliverable:
• Regional or international orders may require reshipping at the customer’s cost
• Local orders will be re-attempted once free of charge; if unsuccessful, collection will be required from a pick-up location
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photos and your order number.
🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations
• Regular online orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped
• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the deposit
• After 7 days, pre-order deposits are non-refundable
• Once an order has shipped or been fulfilled, cancellations cannot be guaranteed
