Refund & Returns Policy 🐾

At Woofify, we care about happy pawrents and furbabies. Please review our policies before placing your order.


Regular Orders

Online Orders

  • Payment: Full payment required at checkout.
  • Cancellations: Can be made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
  • Refunds: Only issued if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing.

In-Store Orders

  • Payment: Full payment required at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Not applicable.

Pre-Orders

  • Payment: 50% deposit required. Orders over $300 BDS may be paid in 3 installments (50% deposit, 25% second payment, 25% final before collection/delivery).
  • Cancellations: Within 7 days of purchase for a full deposit refund. After 7 days, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: If Woofify cannot fulfill a pre-order due to supplier or stock issues, a full refund (including deposit) is issued.
  • Pre-orders can be delivered or collected based on customer preference once stock arrives.

Returns

  • Return Window: 7-days from receipt. Email sales@woofifyme.com with order number and reason to request a return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, free from pet hair, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Only items in resalable condition will be accepted.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Used, worn, or soiled items cannot be returned.
  • Processing: Approved returns are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refund Type:
     – Store Credit – non-expiring, redeemable anytime.
     – Monetary Refund – brand-new, non-custom items at Woofify’s discretion, processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Sizing & Quality Notices

  • Measure your dog before ordering. Free measuring tapes available at all Woofify retail locations.
  • Damages: Report delivery damage within 3 days; manufacturing defects within 7 days. Chewing or misuse is not covered.
  • Goodwill Store Credit: In rare cases, 50–100% of product value may be issued.
